My approach focuses on teaching the foundations of physical movement and promoting flexible routines that help you maintain autonomy and sustainability in your strength training. I also help you build consistency and troubleshoot injuries when they pop up, so you remain safe and pain-free. 
  • Lifestyle + Movement Assessment

    Complimentary

    Everyone begins with an assessment. It gives us a chance to align on your goals, current habits, and gauge your unique movement patterns. This session is available virtually or in-person.

  • 1-1 Personal Training

    Rates range from $130 - $225/hour

    1-1 Personal Training is ideal for those new to strength training, working through an injury, or who prefer individualized instruction. Sessions are available virtually or in-person. Virtual sessions include at least one weekly check-in with the option for additional workouts planned throughout the week with or without video. Sessions requiring travel will incur a higher rate.

  • Small Group Training

    Rates range from $60-$90/hour

    Grab a friend or a few! If you’re seeking an accountability partner, option to train with others, or build a community, this is a great training option. These sessions are available in-person only.
