In this 6-week program, you’ll learn strength training, mobility, and recovery fundamentals alongside a small cohort of other like-minded women. You will build strength from the ground up, learn to lift confidently, and get the support you need to crush your running goals—all while making strength training work with your running plan, not against it.

How it Works

Program Structure

  • 6 week program

  • Virtual and in-person options (Marin County, CA) available

  • Group will meet on the same day and time 1x per week

  • Days/Times TBD based on participants and their availability

  • Max of 6 people per session

What’s Included

  • Strength training program that progresses and tapers alongside your running goals

  • A progression plan that tracks your strength gains over time

  • Demo videos and weekly communication via True Coach app

  • An additional warmup and cooldown routine for your runs

  • Education on the 6-7 main movements in strength training

  • Guidance on footwork, joint mobility, and holistic recovery tactics as you increase mileage

  • Overview of the pelvic floor and breathwork

  • Group celebration as you finish your program

  • A list of additional strength and recovery resources

  • Bonus! Make strength a part of your lifestyle, not just your race. Additional 1:1 health coaching at a discounted rate of $100/session (typically $200) up to 4 sessions.

    • Nervous system regulation around work, life, and training demands

    • Coaching support on nutrition, sleep, and stress management

Spring 2025 Special: $450

Payments & Cancellations

Rates are paid up front for the full 6-week program in order to schedule sessions as a group. Payments are accepted via Venmo, check, or cash. A 24-hour notice is requested in order to schedule a 1-1 makeup session at a discounted rate. Same-day cancellations will count as a session. Any recorded sessions can also be viewed after the session.

About Surbhi Adora

I am a certified strength coach with a love for community, nature, and hills! A fellow runner, my love for and experience with strength training has grown over the past 20 years of playing sports (basketball, track & field, long distance running/cycling.) Building in time for strength and mobility has helped my mind stay calm, my body injury-free, and my spirit ready for whatever adventure awaits. My mission today is to help women build inner resilience and outer strength through physical movement, healthy habit adoption, and mindfulness practices so they can tackle their lives and careers with ease and confidence.
