How Surbhi Can Support Your Next Event

  • Active Mobility & Prehab

We all know jumping straight into a run can leave our legs feeling heavy, body stiff, and put us at risk of injury. In an Active Mobility & Prehab session, runners will learn to breathe, build full body mobility, and gain stability in all planes of motion for pain-free performance. Sessions run 5-60 minutes each.

  • Run Recovery

Help your runners cooldown as you continue to build community. In a Run Recovery session, runners will learn how to relax the nervous system, apply active recovery and self-myofascial release to help improve blood flow and reduce muscle tension. Sessions run 5-60 minutes each.

  • Training Tips Booth

Provide your runners tips and takeaways, so they can better care for their bodies and keep showing up to run with you! A booth offers time for quick consultation and guidance around injuries, forming a running plan, and maintaining a regular routine. Exercise demonstration and light weights are provided to reinforce good exercise technique. Handouts with additional resources and referrals for gear, equipment, and local clinicians also available.

  • Deep Dive Workshops

Are your runners hungry for more information and undivided attention? A deep dive workshop is a great way to complement your running event calendar with topics that will educate runners to move, train, and recover better. Example topics previously taught: Strength Foundations, Active Mobility & Recovery, Foot Strength & Care, Building a Bulletproof Wellness Routine, Post Partum Return to Running. Workshops span from 1 to 4 hours, depending on topic and curriculum.

  • Brand Collaboration

Need a little extra support promoting your event and building the hype? Consider a brand collaboration, such as social media collabs, co-branded blog posts, special event offers, and custom training plans or VIP sessions to your most loyal members.

What Others Have to Say…

We just partnered together for our New Balance Demo Run and she was AMAZING! She led a warm up class before the event and got everyone relaxed and ready to run with great vibes and solid information.

- Brent, Senior Marketer, Sports Basement

The training I do with Surbhi has begun to cross over into my mountain biking and trail running, helping me attack the hills!

Stephanie, Trail Sister Community Lead

As a person who rarely warms up before a run, you’ve given me some things to work on. Our runners loved it too!

- Nathan, Saucony Representative

Personally I would NEVER go to a group workout, but this challenged my assumptions and brought that Trail Sister vibe to a new level.
