How it Works

FREE Intro Session: Lifestyle + Functional Movement Assessment

Our first session is spent aligning on your goals, current habits, and unique mobility and stability patterns. This session is free and also required before jumping into class.

Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are taught in-person at the Strength Den: 467 Miller Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. We’ll learn how to build strength from the ground up, from our feet to our pelvic floor and more. Every 4 weeks, you’ll share a newly designed program that helps you progress in your movements and resistance. Program includes a strength training program and weekly check-in.

Fall 2024 Rates and Packaging

All rates include a weekly strength training program and check-in. Payments are made prior to the first session and sent via Venmo (preferred), Zelle, check, or cash. Rates are paid up front for 4 sessions at a time.

Group of 2: $360 per person (4 sessions)

Group of 3: $300 per person (4 sessions)

Group of 4: $240 per person (4 sessions)

Group of 5: $200 per person (4 sessions)

Group of 6 or more - $160 per person (4 sessions)

Payments & Cancellations

Payments are accepted via Venmo (@surbhiadora), check, or cash. Payments are to be made in advance in order for me to lock in your preferred times and schedule your sessions as a group. I also request a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling needs. Same-day cancellations will count as a session (I will waive the first one.)
